a) Comply the project objectives in quantitative terms & breaking down the project objectives into goals for each sub-department.
b) Laying down basic policies, procedures, rules, programs, budget, strategy and schedules to keep the work moving toward the objectives.
c) Engaged in document research, investigations, studies, examinations and testing related to the functions or activities of the Capital Investment Team etc. – Maintaining cost effective operation to ensure proper utilization of utility.

a) Work on the action plan, new product feasibility, market or product expansion, costing and cost minimization and pricing.
b) Ensure a very speedy production at the factories and generate orders to them, which maximize the production and Ensure fulfilling the production target and defect free products are being produced.
c) Ensure using the Raw & Packaging Materials on appropriate manner & consumption of the same and if required place requirement of the same as per production target.
d) Assist Factory Manager to make the effective monthly production plan, materials plan (Raw & Packaging), development & action plan (on the basis of Production Plan), Cost control & reduction plan and incident & accident reduction plan as per rolling forecast.
e) Prepare monthly reports like Production, Target Vs. Achievement, Costs, Material consumption, costs saving, Delivery, Utilization of Plant & Machineries etc.
f) Attend monthly export and local sales meeting to find out the weakness of sales and redress of the weakness.
g) Assisting top management to develop a yearly business plan including all functional areas of Chocolate Manufacturing Unit.
h) Physical attendance on R&D, product development & new product launching.
i) Introducing and establishing operation of new products.
j) Provide guideline to production by analyzing the cost sheet.
k) Make factory, market visit as & when required and to determine their day to day activities.
l) Feasibility study on the requirement of any items, manpower, and resources for smooth operation.
m) Make the effective plan like Business Plan, Operating Plan, Development Plan, Procurement Plan, Target Plan, Sales Plan, Cost Control Plan etc. for future development and ensure implementation of all plans by the respective employees.
n) Operate Business by coordinating & dealing with Production, SCM, Marketing, Finance, Export and Local Sales Department, Distribution, QC and other related departments to ensure smooth functioning.
